RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases from The Transfer Press. However we accept that sometimes there will be a reason why you have to return something from us. 

Please note that we can only accept returns that are accompanied by a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA), this number should be clearly marked on the outside of the package. 
 
All returns must be received by us within 10 working days.
 
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any items are damaged in transit you must report this to us via telephone or email (preferably with photographs) within 72 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, you should indicate this on the carrier’s delivery note.

Once the damaged goods are received back at our warehouse we will issue a credit note, and refund as appropriate, via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. Alternatively we will supply you with replacement product.

FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive items that you believe to be faulty you must report this to us via telephone or email (preferably with photographs) within 72 hours so that we can work with you to find the best options for resolving the issues that you have.

It may be that we will ask for the goods to be returned to us.

Once the damaged goods are received back at our warehouse we will issue a credit note, and refund as appropriate, via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. Alternatively we will supply you with replacement product.

DELIVERY ERRORS
If we have sent you the wrong product(s) then please inform us via telephone or email so that we can discuss the optimal method for the return of the product to us and the supply of the correct items.

INK CARTRIDGES
We cannot refund ink cartridges that have been opened so please do double check that you have ordered the correct cartridges before you open the sealed packs.
 
PRINTERS AND HEAT PRESSES
We can only accept the return of printers and heat presses in their original boxes complete with all internal packaging.
 
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have received your order but have had a change of mind we can accept the return of items as long as they are in a perfect condition and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on these returns.
