Dae Ha One Flex is the HTV of choice for t-shirts, sports shirts, sweatshirts, hi-viz garments, caps, bags etc.

This enhanced grade of PU film offers great value for money.

A clear, light adhesive backing enables intricate cutting and registration.

Very easy to cut and weed, and suitable for layering.

A high opacity film which is also lightweight and with fantastic stretch and rebound properties.  

Suitable for cotton, polyester, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic or similar textiles.

Environmentally friendly and PVC free One Flex raw materials are REACH compliant, and free from heavy metals, formaldehydes, asbestos and organic tin compounds. The products are tested by world renowned test house SGS. EN71 Certified.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cut your text or design in reverse and weed out excess film.

For even faster weeding, warm your design on the bottom plate of your heat press for a few seconds before weeding.

Set your heat press to 140°C*.

Apply medium and even pressure across your transfer.

Press for 8 seconds*.

Peel the release liner when it is hot/cool. 

*You can also apply One Flex at the following settings:
120°C x 15 Sec
130°C x 10 Sec
150°C x 5 Sec

All information is given as a guideline. We always recommend that you perform a test cut and print prior to production.
 
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Can be washed at up to 60°C subject to fabric. May be tumble dried on a low setting and ironed inside out.
Roll Width  500mm
Film Thickness 30 micron PU films - standard colours. 35 micron PU films - neon colours. 60 micron hotmelt adhesive. Tolerance +-12 microns
Storage Conditions Store in an upright position, away from direct sunlight. 10°C to 25°C
