50 seconds at around 190º centigrade.

Please note that for the Sublimshirts you must ensure that you use a lint roller over the surface of the fabric before pressing as there may be residual lint from the manufacturing process on the surface of the fabric.

Some customers have experienced 'bleed' from the coloured sleeves and necks of the bicolour shirts - we therefore advise using a protective sheet to avoid any ink transferring onto the heat press and that you keep the collar area away from the pressing area.
